Price information

The prices are per flat and per night, with a minimum stay of 7 days, exclusive the final cleaning charge of € 40.00 and local taxes of € 2,50 per person per day (from the age of 14).

Children under 3 stay free

• In the case of late arrival or early departure, the entire amount will be charged.
• Important: All payments are made and the keys must be picked up at Garni Moser (Hermann vom Gilmweg 2) in Mitterolang.

Cancellation policy

If the reservation is cancelled within 4 weeks of arrival, the down payment (30% of the total price) will be kept and applied for a future reservation. This credit can be used for one year. We recommend taking out travel insurance.

Payment options

We accept most credit cards (Visa, Master Card), cash and Bancomat.

Arrival & departure

Check-In: The flats are available from approx. 13:00.
Check out: We request our guests to leave the flat by 9 am in a clean condition (waste separation in the underground garage).
